Purple poppy mallow or wine cups are a gorgeous little flower that is reminiscent of a little mallow bloom. It’s closest native range is in P.A., but it has shown to do no harm here and is a great, long blooming, native pollinator and host plant. It likes dry conditions and will do well as a groundcover, in rockgardens or as a border plant in any perennial garden.
